This intimate winter dinner features imported raclette cheese melted and served with traditional accompaniments. What to Expect
On March 7th at 7:00 PM, our dining room transforms into a Swiss chalet experience. The evening begins with a fresh mixed salad featuring seasonal greens from local farms. Then comes the main event: imported Swiss raclette cheese, melted tableside and served with:
● Farm-fresh potatoes, roasted to perfection
● Crispy bacon from local smokehouses
● Caramelized pearl onions
● Authentic chipolatas (traditional veal sausages)
● Tangy cornichons for that perfect tangy balance
