This retreat is for that moment.
Held in the powerful landscape of Sedona and aligned with the Spring Equinox, this journey unfolds at a natural threshold—where light and dark meet, balance is restored, and something new begins to emerge. It is an invitation to pause at this crossing and attune to what within you is ready to come forward.
This is a journey through the Elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Aether—not as concepts to be understood, but as living intelligences already moving through your body, your emotions, your energy, and the unseen currents guiding your life.

Rather than working with the elements as something external, you’ll be invited into elemental communion—a lived, relational way of listening to and moving with these forces as they express themselves within you.
As you deepen into this relationship, you’ll begin to recognize how your natural elemental constitution shapes not only your patterns and rhythms, but also your inherited spiritual gifts and ways of expression. Certain elements support clarity, others intuition, creativity, healing, leadership, or quiet knowing. Understanding how these forces move through you can help you refine and trust the gifts you already carry.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll explore how the elements uniquely shape your nature—where energy flows with ease, where it seeks restoration, and how imbalance gently signals itself through the body, emotions, or patterns of life. Just as importantly, this space is intentionally held to support the safe opening and integration of insight, sensitivity, and intuitive awareness as they arise.
Through elemental yoga, breathwork journeys, elemental communion, guided inner exploration, cacao, and tea, you’ll be supported in cultivating a conscious relationship with this wisdom—allowing balance, clarity, and expression to emerge not through effort, but through alignment.
Sedona itself becomes part of the teaching. The land offers its quiet guidance, holding you as you slow down, soften, and integrate what is being revealed within.
You’ll leave with a deeper intimacy with your own nature, a clearer awareness of how the elements move through you, and a grounded trust in your ability to live—and express—what you carry with greater clarity and ease.

Our home base will be a 1-acre estate in Sedona, offering stunning views of the red rocks and blessed specifically to hold sacred space by the Dalai Lama's Tibetan Monks.
Unless you have made other arrangements with Holly, you will be responsible for your lodging and meals. There are many options for lodging in the area, from hotels to Airbnb. There are also many restaurants and grocery stores available.
Each day, there will be plenty of time for lunch, and you are welcome to visit one of the nearby restaurants, all within a 5 to 10-minute drive. Alternatively, the estate features a fully stocked kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, allowing you to bring your own meals with you. We will provide light refreshments, tea, and coffee.
