Prepare for an explosive night as An Dannsa Dub celebrate the launch of their highly anticipated second album Through The Storm with a show like no other at Glasgow’s iconic Art School on May 31st to complete their huge 21 date UK Tour. This unmissable event will bring together a stellar lineup, blending Gaelic Song, Heavyweight Dub, and Traditional Scottish sounds in one massive festival style night.Upstairs, experience the full force of An Dannsa Dub’s live performance featuring guest musicians Josie Duncan, Horseman, Rachel Newton, Lewis McLaughlin, Ross Ainslie, Lana Pheutan plus live Brass. Adding to the magic are performances from Through The Storm's Mix Engineer, Italian Dubmaster Paolo Baldini DubFiles and the album's Co-Producer, Electronic World Bass Music Maestro GAUDI along with high-energy sets from boundary pushing trad group Astrobloc and more.
Downstairs, the atmosphere shifts with an intimate Trad Session hosted by Madeleine Stewart & Friends followed by Falasgair, a band known for their footstomping take on Scottish folk. To finish the night in the Vic Bar, Baile Baile, the DJs behind Scotland's most remote club night will be spinning tunes to keep the party going right through with their unique mix of eclectic beats.
