Join us on October 28th from 6-9 PM for Taste of Bistro Buchanan, an unforgettable evening meant to showcase the heart and soul of our menu.
This exclusive seven-course tasting experience highlights the creativity and craftsmanship of our culinary team. The An Autumn's Encore menu will feature these savory dishes:
1. Sweet kale salad with candied pecans, goat cheese, mandarin, and apple slices, topped with raspberry vinaigrette.
2. Sweet corn and shrimp chowder soup.
3. Roasted Garlic Pepper & Honey Glazed Quail, Au Gratin Potatoes, with a cauliflower purée and maple glazed rainbow carrots
4. Lamb chop with parsnip mashed potatoes and balsamic glazed Brussels sprouts
5. Ahi Tuna with lemon herb risotto and a lemon butter sauce
6. Fried Marinated Bull Shark Bites on a Bed of Arugula with a Sweet Chili Oil Drizzle
7. Blondie square with ice cream scoop crème icing topped with candied pecans
