Why does stress cause over 80 % of illness? Thats a figure that is branded about a lot. But why is that?
I will be at Ewood Park Community Wellbeing Hub on the 9th October 2024 delivering a workshop on stress. Exploring how with awareness and interaction with the autonomic nervous system we can inhibit that sympathetic response and move from reaction to response.
This will be an interactive experience where the group will be shown how to work with vagus nerve and come up with a plan to move from reaction to response.
I will also be a guiding some movement meditation.
This is suitable for all levels of fitness and mobilities.
