This year’s gala will be a gourmet paradise. In honor of our nation's Semiquincentennial, we will create an authentic 1776 Philadelphia soiree, complete with colonial-era food, drinks, and performances.We will sharing delicacies from local purveyors that focus on authentic historic food techniques, as well as homemade foods that capture the spirit of what Philadelphian’s were feasting on 250 years ago. Traditional colonial-era food and drink will include: A whole roast pig from Esposito's Porchetta, game sausages and historic charcuterie board from Heavy Metal Sausage, game pies from Stargazy, traditional Pepper Pot Soup (the first American street food served by West Indie’s women on Market Street), traditional pickles, creamed vegetables, homemade “everlasting syllabub” dessert, traditional cider from Commonwealth Cider and homestyle mead from Philadelphia Mead Co, as well as authentic Philadelphia Fish House Punch (and the menu keeps growing...)
Performances will include excerpts from seminal texts on democracy from the 1700's performed by EgoPo artists Damien Wallace and Annette Kaplafka as well as musical performances by Jay Ansil and John Lionarons with vocal performances by the renowned Lourin Plant. The performances will be complete with traditional style instruments such as the fiddle, hammer-dulcimer, piano, and even the hurdy-gurdy!
Our silent auction will be our biggest yet, with items galore and one-of-a-kind experiences including: a custom Eagles tailgate and game experience, a homemade Indian dinner for six, an authentic South Philly Seven Fishes Dinner, unique art and custom jewelry pieces, as well as dinner and show date-night packages for just about every theater in the Philadelphia region.

Dinner ($100): Includes champagne reception and multi-course dinner and cash bar for our signature, colonial beverages
VIP ($150): Includes champagne reception, multi-course dinner and a bottomless OPEN BAR
