Please join us after Divine Liturgy, as we hear from Professor Myroslav Marynovych, Vice Rector at the Ukrainian Catholic University. He will share his experience as a survivor of the Soviet Gulag.
Biography:
Studied at Lviv Polytechnical Institute.
Research internships and felloeships at the Institute for Eastern European Studies at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv), Center of Human Rights at Columbia University (USA), Emory University (USA), the World Council of Churches (Switzerland), the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution at Saint Paul University (Ottawa, Canada), the Institute of Eastern Christian Studies at the Catholic University of Nijmegen (The Netherlands), the University of Würzburg, the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies (Edmonton-Ottawa, Canada).
Author of 6 books and collections of essays, as well as of the Selected Works in 6 volumes. Has numerous publications in Ukrainian religious, political, and human rights press
