Finnish international and Hibs' cult hero Mixu Paatelainen returns to Edinburgh to meet the fans!
** BREAKING NEWS **
We are pleased to confirm that ticket holders will also be able to enjoy a watch-a-long on the big screen at the Biscuit Factory of the FIFA World Cup Play-Off final between Wales and (hopefully) Scotland; kick off 5pm!
The newest episode in our Hibernian Cult Heroes series, Mixu returns to Leith to meet the fans, for an afternoon of stories and laughter about his Easter Road days!
Mixu enjoyed two spells at the Club under Alex McLeish, his goals helped win the Championship in 1999, and he wrote himself indelibly into Hibs' folklore with a hat-trick in the "Demolition Derby" 6-2 victory over Hearts; something we just might talk about on the day... He later returned for third spell, this time as the manager, of a team that included Steven Fletcher and Derek Riordan.
A big player with an even bigger personality, who can tell some great stories about Hibernian and he'll explain why he was mentioned by Paddy McGuinness and Peter Kay in the cult TV comedy Phoenix Nights!
Headline Events packed out the Edinburgh Suite at Easter Road in March for the legendary Steve Archibald event and whilst the stadium is undergoing refurbishment over the Summer, we move to the nearby super-cool Biscuit Factory on the afternoon of Sunday June 5!
Supporters will be able to choose from standard tickets, Green VIP tickets including meet-and-greet with professional photo or the Hattrick VVIP package, which includes meet & greet, signed and mounted photo with Mixu and a signed Hibs retro shirt!
