Kevin Sinfield CBE, a rugby legend and leadership expert, is celebrated for his outstanding career both as captain of Leeds Rhinos and a key figure for the England national team. During his time with the Rhinos, he led the team to seven Super League Championships as well as two Challenge Cup successes, and Kevin holds the record for highest point-scorer in Super League History and the third-highest point-scorer in British rugby league history. He has served as defence coach to the England National Team through the 2023 Rugby World Cup and 2024 Six Nations, and has achieved numerous awards through his services in rugby including:

• Awarded am OBE for Services to Rugby and Charitable Fundraising

Off the field, Kevin has raised millions of pounds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association, underlining his commitment to making positive social change, through numerous fundraising projects. His epic '7 Ultra Marathons in 7 Days' challenge raised over £825,000 for MND . These achievements have seen him awarded a CBE for his services to Motor Neurone Disease Awareness. Kevin will share his valuable insights on leadership, resilience, and how to set the highest standards in every aspect of life.

Ella Mills, founder of the celebrated wellness brand 'Deliciously Ella,' has revolutionised how we think about healthy eating, inspiring millions with her passion for plant-based living and holistic wellness. Her journey started with her healthy eating blog, which has now reached over 130 million hits. Following the success of her blog, she created her own plant-based healthy eating app which landed at the top of the Food and Drinks app charts in the UK, and has also published multiple cookbooks, her debut becoming the best-selling debut cookbook ever in the UK.

As a successful entrepreneur, author, and advocate, Ella will share her journey of building a brand that prioritizes health, sustainability, and well-being.
