Amy's first solo outing took place at the iconic Hobo Kiosk in 2025, when she performed a wee set alongside her friend, the local musical legend that is Dominic Lewington (Sunday Painters / Dominoes / Speeding Motorcyclers). Amy felt it fitting that they grace the Hobo stage once again, the moon having orbited the Earth approx twelve more times since their last musical foray together. ··//··

Sunday Painters are Dominic and Sean, two Liverpool friends who began sharing songs and singing them in early 2026. They make music they like and they hope you'll like it too.

Amy Scott-Samuel
Amy’s songs are tender, melodic & visceral. She paints in vivid colours of lives lived and dreamt of - marked always by her distinctive voice infused with hints of folk, country, blues & soul. Amy is working closely with Bill Ryder-Jones on the production of her forthcoming debut album, Go Gently. She has toured the US, Spain, and UK with Liverpool-based alt. folk band She's In The Trees and is now venturing into new creative territory with her solo work. The first single from the album, Show Us Your Colours, is set for release 22nd July 2026. Amy's gig at Hobo represents the Liverpool leg of her UK summer tour.
