Join us as we and our friends from Still I Run and Friendship Miles cheer on this year's River Bank Run participants-of all paces and distances-with a cheer station! Find us near the corner of Ottawa and Fulton at the Gazelle Sports tent. We'll have cowbells and more, but you are welcome to bring your own signs, etc. to help encourage handcyclists, runners, wheelchair racers, and walkers through the finish line.
Here are the start times for the various races for reference:
5K Run: 7:00 am
10K Run: 7:30 am
5K Community Walk: 7:45 am
25K Handcycle Division: 8:15 am
25K Wheelchair Racing Division: 8:16 am
25K Run: 8:30 am
