Join us for this amazing weekend full of cool and fun tricks! We will be playing around with icarian games and standing acrobatics, and a mix of both!
It will be a progressive weekend, this means that we will work and refine all the basic skills on the first day, and then go crazy on the second one.
We will have a potluck and share some food on Sunday and also 1 hour of jam after the workshop!

The teachers
Paulo:
He is 32 years old, very active since young age he grow up in Lamego, Portugal where he practiced handball sport since early age, Paulo and his team won some trophies in the national championship. Afterwards, he joined the army for 7 years, he got to be the responsible of the physical training of the soldiers. Once finished his service, he moved to Brussels and he got introduced to Acroyoga. Since then he has been consistently training, participating and teaching in all international festivals he can.
Completed his teacher training in Bali 2020.
Paulo is seduced by the fun, the complicity and infinite possibilities in acroyoga and acrobatics.
Verena:
Verena has been around in the Acro world for about 15 years. At first she was very keen on leveling up and learning all the high level trick as I suppose we all are. But now she is more and more interested in funny, quirky tricks, Dance Acro, group Acro and also Acro Yoga.
Verena has a background in ballet, figure skating and aerobic gymnastics and she has been working as a teacher for kids and adults since 2002. When she took up Acro she started teaching and spreading her knowledge early on and over the years she has refined her teaching skills and also come into contact with many different styles and methods which really helps putting things into perspective.
