What to expect from the Amsterdam Rugby 7s 2022Never change a winning formula. We will kick off this (almost) 50th edition of the world-famous rugby event by welcoming around 70 top teams and thousands of fans. The 7s and 10s teams will battle for the title of this new season during the two days of the tournament. Fans will be experiencing spectacular matches at the entire sports park, the national stadium included where the finals will be held on Sunday. Combined with visits to the mini-bars, shops, and of course, the buzzing food & festival square. On the Sunday after the smashing finals, the closing party with DJ will be held, promising an unforgettable end for this Amsterdam 7s edition!.
The current team registrations consisting of elite or social 7s and vets 10s teams once again confirm the international character of the Amsterdam Rugby 7s. The tournament (and the party) is legendary for many with almost 50 editions under its belt proving it.
