[Amsterdam] Perform at Depth Cohort: 2-Day In-Person + 2 Months Integration
About this Event
Building the company and growing yourself are not competing priorities. The most effective founders work on both at the same time. Sharper under pressure. Stronger relationships. A quality of presence that compounds. 🌱
The next level asks for a different kind of capacity.
Most founders have built the discipline to push. Fewer have built the capacity to recover cleanly, decide well under volume, and lead from depth. That gap is where this weekend works.
Perform at Depth is a two-day in-person cohort in Amsterdam, followed by two months of applied integration. The focus is the person behind the company.
You work in a curated group of peers: founders navigating similar terrain. The methodology is rigorous and playful in equal measure.
The quality of the shared space is both the resource and the practice. Together, you'll repeatedly enter a deeply resourceful collective state and immediately use it to recover, repair, learn, solve real founder challenges, and make meaningful progress on your work.
By the end of the weekend, in addition to having experienced it, you'll know how to intentionally recreate the conditions that make it possible in your own workflow, meetings, teams, and daily leadership.
You leave with a clearer map of where you are, what is creating drag, and the most important lever to work with next. 🎯
Then the work continues. Four hours of post-event group integration sessions and eight weeks of weekly calls mean you do not lose what you built in the room.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You complete a short self-assessment across five leadership capacities and a questionnaire on your current challenges and recurring patterns. This shapes part of the weekend so the work is directly relevant to what is most live for your cohort right now.
THE METHODOLOGY
🌊 We-Flow, developed by a collective of practitioners in Amsterdam, brings applied collective intelligence and relational leadership practice. It works with the live dynamics between people: how attention, trust, communication, group coherence, and decision-making shape performance. In practice, this means learning to read and shift a group in real time, name what is happening underneath the surface, and access cleaner collective action.
🌀 The Nara Method, developed by Saira Gill, builds strong, aligned individuals and teams with a shared foundation that creates real cohesion. It works across five areas of aligned performance: growth, vitality, purpose, community, and integration. The work develops self-awareness and emotional regulation under pressure, then turns insight into repeatable practice.
Together, these two bodies of work address the inner and relational conditions that shape founder effectiveness: nervous system state, attention, communication, decision quality, recovery, meaning, and the quality of the space around you.
WHAT YOU'LL LIKELY LEAVE WITH
These are the shifts founders consistently report after the weekend. More than insights, these are experiences you can recognise, return to, and begin bringing into your work from Monday.
⚡ Greater calm under pressure
You'll have experienced what it feels like to stay clear, grounded and effective when the volume is high, and you'll leave knowing practical ways to return to that state in daily leadership.
🎯 Greater clarity in your decisions
You'll have experienced making decisions from a quieter, more grounded place, with practical ways to reduce noise and access that quality of thinking when it matters most.
🗣️ More ease in difficult conversations
You'll have experienced conversations where honesty strengthens relationships instead of threatening them, and you'll leave with approaches you can immediately apply in your own team.
🧠 A deeper understanding of group dynamics
You'll have experienced how groups organise, align, fragment, and generate insight together, and you'll know how to intentionally cultivate those conditions in your own meetings.
🔥 A stronger connection to what matters
You'll reconnect with what you're building and why it matters, leaving with renewed energy and practical ways to sustain that connection through the demands of founder life.
🌱 Practices already becoming habits
Rather than leaving with concepts alone, you'll leave having embodied new ways of thinking, communicating, recovering, and leading, together with practical rhythms to continue integrating them into your daily work.
