How to get there: To reach Café Noorderlicht from Amsterdam Central Station, start by taking the free ferry to "Buiksloterweg" from the back of the station. The ferry ride is short and scenic, taking only a few minutes. Once you arrive at Buiksloterweg, it's about a 15-minute walk to Noorderlicht. Follow the signs to NDSM Wharf, and you'll find Café Noorderlicht nestled along the water, offering stunning views and a unique, artistic atmosphere.

Growing up in a Spanish household during the 2000s, Arturo Pérez was exposed to flamenco music as well as contemporary English folk melodies. At the age of 12, Ato (as his friends call him) began to explore his own musical path, fusing English folk-rock with elements of traditional Spanish music. In the past five years, Ato has released three albums and collaborated with filmmakers to compose complete soundtracks. His latest release, “The Farm,” is an album recorded on a horse farm on the outskirts of Amsterdam that seeks to blend traditional and modern music with a touch of theatricality.

Being Dutch-Argentinian and spending his early childhood in Spain, he blends his cultural heritage into his music.
