Escape the heat and discover the clear, sparkling world of Baek Kimchi (백김치). Beyond the famous red spice lies Korea’s most sophisticated fermentation secret. Join us for an intimate evening where you’ll craft your own Baek Kimchi and enjoy a specially curated summer feast.
What to Expect
Masterclass (Make): A hands-on, step-by-step journey to craft your own Baek Kimchi. We provide everything; you take home your own Baek Kimchi.
Discovery (Taste): Explore 2 distinct flavor profiles of Baek Kimchi to understand the depth of clear fermentation.
Feast (Dine & Treat): A full Korean meal featuring Cold Pork Suyuk, Soya Bibim-guksu (noodles), and a refreshing Korean Summer Dessert.

A Few Things to Note
Dietary Information: Please note that this workshop is NOT vegan. The Baek Kimchi recipe includes salted shrimp (saeu-jeot), garlic, and ginger. The main dining menu features pork.

The Experience: We’ll start with the workshop and move into a communal dining session. Come hungry, a full dinner is served!

7 Days before: 50% refund.
4 Days before: Non-refundable (Due to custom ingredient sourcing).
Transfer: All tickets are fully transferable. You are welcome to send a guest in your place.
