MÅLGRUPP
Målgrupp has since 2016 refined their reel-too-real sound sculpture techniques, in live situation pulling, squeezing, covering, time traveling on the magnetic tape while recording on to it e.g. objects, space and (non-)musical instruments. The autodidact sound performer målgrupp might just not be able to play the same set twice. In 2025/-26 there has been more playing on the bas-recorder (flute) and percussion than anything else, so who knows?
AMON DÜDE
Arttu Partinen has been making the rounds in the world of experimental music for closer to 30 years now. In his Amon Düde guise he uses collapsing tape players, found tapes and his own recordings from several other projects. The physicality of his performances makes him a kind of a full body theremin. Operating with tapes, coincidence and slapstick moments always have their roles, combined with the inevitable aging of the human body.
ELBRUS
Apart from being the highest mountain in Europe and Swedish for 'electrical noise', Elbrus is the "unsophisticated electroacoustic improv" duo of David Linnros and Jan Nygård. Among other things, David plays Serge modular synthesizer, no input mixer, Lepidoptera Benjolin and a contact mic. Jan has been known to utilize at least keyboards, guitar, banjo, kantele, pedals, record player, voice, objects and contact mics.
