About this Event

This workshop is designed for impact-driven leaders and teams eager to create meaningful change by understanding the difference between impact, outcomes, and outputs, and using these insights to align their business activities with greater purpose and effectiveness.

Key Takeaways:

  • Gain clarity on what constitutes impact (long-term effects), outcomes (human results), and outputs (specific deliverables), and understand how each contributes to your business's contribution to positive change.
  • Understand outcome, and output metrics as strategic tools to align business activities with your organisation’s mission and values, ensuring that every initiative contributes meaningfully to both business success and societal benefit.
  • Discover how integrating empathy into your Theory of Change enhances customer engagement, fosters innovation, improves employee satisfaction, and strengthens your brand's reputation, ultimately driving sustainable business growth and societal impact.
