This uplifting experience blends gentle somatic practices, expressive dance, and heart-centered intention-setting. No dance experience needed-just an open heart and a willingness to move.

Your participation at this event will help to subsidize meals for Indianapolis' low-income clients; so you can take joy in the fact that you will have a direct, positive impact on many homebound Hoosiers!

The event will take place in the 2nd floor ballroom of The Sol Center in downtown Indianapolis. Please use "501 Spring Street" as the address in GPS that will bring you to the parking lot in front of the door.
