AMPLIFY Detroit: Where Purpose Meets Platform is an intimate community experience designed to help you move.
On September 22, founders, creators, entrepreneurs, and community builders will gather at Detroit’s historic Boyer Campbell Building for an evening of practical strategy, honest conversation, and meaningful connection.
The evening will be emceed by Jamie Sherrod, with Ronia Shamona leading Founder Voices, featuring Detroit-area builders Tamika Ragland (We Be Poppin), Donny LB (Filmmaker/Creator), Emily and Amelie (Washed Up Coffee cofounders) sharing candidly about what it really takes to build, pivot, grow, and keep going.
Together, we’ll explore four questions every builder needs to answer:
- STRATEGY: What am I building?
- STORY: What story am I telling?
- SOCIAL: Who am I serving?
- STATS: How will I measure what matters?
This isn’t a conference or another generic networking event.
It’s two hours with the right people, working through the right questions, in a room designed to move you forward.

Founder Voices brings Metro Detroit builders into one conversation to talk honestly about what happens between the idea and the outcome, the pivots, mistakes, decisions, relationships, risks, and lessons that don't always make it onto Instagram.
The conversation will be led by Ronia Shamona of FOX 2 Detroit, with Founder Voices guests announced throughout the lead-up to AMPLIFY.

ABOUT YOUR HOST
Christina Franzel is a brand strategist, speaker, and author who helps purpose-driven founders, authors, and thought leaders clarify their message and grow their impact.
Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Christina spent nearly eighteen years building her career in Nashville, Tennessee, before returning home in 2020. She returned to a city full of energy, creativity, and people building remarkable brands, and she wanted to be part of it.
As the founder of Sheer Wisdom Co., Christina brings the same strategic clarity she delivers for her clients to every experience she creates for them and their community.
