Amphitrio – Live at The LilypadAmphitrio is an award-winning contemporary jazz trio from Romania, founded in 2023 by pianist and composer Andrei Petrache, bassist Mike Alex, and percussionist Philip Goron.
The band presents a selection of original music from across their discography, shaped by modern jazz language, strong rhythmic identity, and an open, interactive approach to improvisation.
Their latest album, Timelines (2024), was awarded Album of the Year by Romanian Cultural Radio.
This concert represents an important milestone for Amphitrio and their first meeting with the U.S. audience.
