Amor que Permanece: Day of the Dead Altar Workshop

A meaningful creative experience to remember and honor someone you love through reflection, ritual, and the creation of a personal altar
About this Event

Join The Self-Love Clinic and Sage Holistic Wellness for a heartfelt Día de Muertos experience centered on remembrance, connection, and the love that remains.

During this guided workshop, participants will:

• Begin with a guided meditation
• Reflect on grief and the bonds that continue after loss
• Learn about the history and meaning of Día de Muertos
• Explore the symbolism of traditional altar elements
• Create a personal altar honoring a loved one
• Participate in a closing Ancestral Fire ceremony

Each participant will receive an altar kit and additional materials to personalize their creation. Refreshments will also be provided.

Please bring a printed photograph of the loved one you would like to honor. Copies are recommended rather than an irreplaceable original.

No artistic experience is necessary. Sharing is always optional. This is a supportive community workshop and does not constitute group therapy or establish a therapist-client relationship.
