UNARMED KNIFE DEFENSE AND EMPTY HANDS FIGHTING TACTICSTom Sotis will present knife disarming techniques in forward and reverse holds. The seminar will focus on the specifics of the grab/release pairings.
We will explore: Inside, Center, and Outside center grabs - both high and low, and pair the most practical release from each of those grabbing positions.
Seminar fee is $45
No outside footwear is permitted on the training mat.
