Amity Yoga Spa Day – Winter & New Year Retreats 

Excited to announce two new retreats that I’m hosting a Winter and New Year Retreat at the award winning Hope Street Hotel & Spa in the beautiful Georgian Quarter in Hope Street Liverpool City. 

The day begins with a welcome drink in our stunning fifth floor yoga room with views over the city followed by a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga practice along with soothing yogic breathing and deep relaxation.

We share a delicious seasonal retreat lunch together with the menu created especially for us by Hope Street Hotel’s Executive Chef Mike Kenyon including a wonderful desert too.

After lunch we enter the Spa change into robes and slippers and we experience the wonderful Thermal journey with 2 hours to relax and enjoy this therapeutic place.

• Indoor pool – 15 metres water blades swim jet and underwater music
