• Learn basic dynamic stretches to do before and after running {walking} led by Mel Verdugo w/
• Charlotte Running Company + New Balance will have running shoes onsite for you to try on and wear during our run/walk!
• Get Fit with your Comunidad: Meet other Latinas who are passionate about running and create a supportive network.
• As a reminder- this is a unity run so this event is open to Amigas, Amigos, Mamas, and kids!
