I will guide you through various exercises using different forms, sizes and shapes of amethyst crystals to help align and release your energy fields and chakras.
Amethyst is a wonderful healing crystal and perfect to help bring about balance in many areas of your life. You will experience deep releases while creating a perfect balance for the mind, body and soul.
This one day workshop is for you to connect who you are, where you are going and what you need to let go of.
I will take you on meditations using amethysts, you will find your goddess within allowing you to heal on an inner soul level.

Journaling - meditations - drum journey - cacao rituals - sound and ground - protection rituals - crystal work - grid work - elixirs.
