American Mahjong Open Play @ Wyandotte Winery

Join Cap City Mahj for anevening of Open Play American Mahjong at Wynadotte Winery; the perfect chance to shuffle tiles, sip some wine, and connect with fellow mahjong players.

This event is designed for players who already know the basics of American Mahjong and are looking for a fun, social environment to play a few games. Whether you’ve taken a lesson with us or already play regularly, you’re welcome to pull up a chair and join the table.

We’ll have mahjong tables set up and ready for play and have a copy of the 2026 Big Card and the 2025 NMJL card available to use at the event depending on the tables preference!

A few notes:
• This event is for players who already know the basics of American Mahjong
• You do not need to bring your own Mahjong Card, we will provide the Big Card for use at the tables.
• Drinks and light snacks are available for purchase from the winery

Thursdays in Apr/May, Wyandotte is offering $3 off a small plate and $2 off a glass of wine. Or, 10" Pizza & glass of wine is $20

• Seating is limited to keep tables comfortable for play

Parking:

Main parking: Surface lot, including parallel spots along the building (unless a food truck is scheduled).

Lawn parking: When the lawn is firm, you may park near the street—please pull in facing the winery, perpendicular to the grapevines.

Do not park in the reserved space for The Quarters (our on-site Airbnb and VRBO).

Overflow parking is available at the church just past the winery (2-minute walk). No overnight parking in the church lot.
