Join us for a hands-on American Heart CPR/First Aid/AED Training Workshop designed to give you the confidence and skills to respond effectively in an emergency. Whether you're a parent, teacher, coworker, or simply someone who wants to be prepared, this training will empower you to act when every second counts.Led by certified instructor, Dave Slemp, this interactive session covers:
CPR techniques
How to assist choking victims (adults, children, and infants)
Proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Emergency response tips
No prior experience is necessary, and all equipment will be provided. Participants will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the training.
