Join PS UNDERGROUND for an immersive evening of live entertainment, nostalgic flavors, and red, white, and blue revelry as we raise a glass to the holiday weekend in true Americana style.

This four-course dinner experience draws inspiration from classic American traditions, featuring elevated comfort foods and smoky backyard favorites and playful twists on regional classics, all thoughtfully crafted by Chef Dave and paired with flowing cocktails and signature spiked lemonade.

Throughout the evening, live performers bring the soundtrack of America to life with powerful anthems, soulful ballads, and timeless favorites woven into a dynamic show that celebrates the spirit, pride, and nostalgia of our nation.
