FAQs

How will you keep audiences and artists safe at this event?

At this point we plan both limited in-person tickets and livestreaming.

Everyone on-site will be required to complete a health questionnaire in advance of the event and to provide proof of COVID vaccination or a recent negative COVID test. We will contact you to secure this information as needed. At the event, all attendees must wear face coverings over their mouth and nose at all times. Seating will be arranged to accommodate both access and social distancing. Anyone unwilling to comply with these rules will be asked to leave; tickets will not be refunded.

All plans are subject to change so that we can keep our audiences and artists safe.

When is the cutoff to buy tickets?

In-person tickets will be available until they sell out or noon on the day of the event, whichever comes first. We will announce whether tickets will be available at the door.

For livestream tickets - there isn't a cutoff! People even buy tickets during an online event. We do recommend that you buy your ticket at least an hour in advance, though. That way you can receive the link to the Livestream before showtime and work out any technical difficulties.

How can I find the livestream?

Your ticket purchase will be confirmed via email. IN A SEPARATE EMAIL - You will then receive instructions for viewing the event (available only to livestream ticket holders) closer to the event.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No. There is no content inappropriate for younger viewers.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Kind of. To protect the value of your ticket, only you will be allowed into the event / livestream. Another person can enter in your name, or you can update us at least 24 hours in advance with the name of the attendee.
