A friendly evening of music in the Orpington Liberal Club Garden featuring a set from from AMELIA STREET'
We're delighted to welcome Amelia Street back to OLC. Local musicians Dave Clark & Lee Ellis feature an original blend of strong songs, melodic guitar & vocal harmonies. They have been playing together as Amelia Street since the Nineties, originally at the heart of an indie band of the same name, & latterly as an acoustical duo with a repertoire that includes new songs alongside stripped-down versions of their old band favourites & classic covers.
We aim to start at 7 with lively floorspots from singers, musicians & poets. Vocal mics & instrument line-ins with be available for plug in & play. Please come early on the night if you'd like to do a turn.
Hat collection in CASH suggested min £6. All proceeds will go to the guests. Please consider giving more if you can afford it.
Free Entry to OLC Members. £1 to Non-Members payable at the bar. The Premises opens at 6.15pm.
The CAMRA Award Winning Bar CARD payments only.
In the Garden, we must finish by 9 to comply with the club's licensing conditions. If it's necessary to move the event into the hall due to poor weather, we may start a little later & continue until around 10.
