About Decathlon
Decathlon is a global brand with global goals. Sustainability and awareness is a global agenda at the moment and protecting the environment is the responsibility of every individual. Which is why at decathlon have decided to engage community in an eco-friendly manner hoping to build on the work we are already doing in the background (MIA Recycled materials etc ).
As a local initiative we want all our users not just the fitness enthusiasts but also the average joe to come and be a part of our run to save the planet. we will be showcasing sustainable living programs during the event and will also be highlighting the need for a drastic change in all our daily activities.
Running is one of the best ways to improve your lifestyle and also cut back on the carbon footprint. running/jogging/walking are safe and healthy alternatives to combustion-oriented travel and if every individual tries to incorporate them into their regular routine we will be making a huge impact when it comes to saving the environment. Not to mention the overall health benefits of running outdoors cannot be underestimated.
Green psychology has a direct influence on our happiness running releases endorphins that trigger a happy response within and countless other physiological benefits that can only be achieved through cardio activity.

10Kms (Timed Run): Only for 14 years and above
5Kms: Only for 8 years and above

> On Race Day a victory ceremony will be conducted for the fastest 10Kms winners for men & women.
Podium finishers will get 5k, 3.5k & 2k gift cards, for both categories (Male and women) Winners
> Fastest 5Kms Categories winners of men & Women.
Podium finishers will get Decathlon goodies, for both (Male & women) categories
Rules & Regulations
Participants are required to wear a mask and ensure COVID-appropriate behavior at all times inside the venue.
Participants must register on or before the closing date of the registration no new entry will be accepted post 20 June 2022.
Once registration is confirmed the fee is non-refundable IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE ORGANIZERS THE REGISTRATION FEE PAID BY YOU FOR PARTICIPATION WILL BE ADJUSTED TOWARDS YOUR PARTICIPATION ON A NEW DATE. IN THE EVENT OF YOU BEING UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE ON THE NEW DATE YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
Please save the confirmation email received after registration as a reference for future communications.
Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or timing bib tag with another individual will be disqualified from the event and shall not be allowed to apply or participate in the subsequent edition of the event.
Please note if you don't wear your timing bib tag as instructed you won't be able to get an official finish time and thereby the official Certificate recording your finish times. No bib tag – No Timing – No Prize.
No vehicles are allowed on the course. Anyone bringing wheeled vehicles will be disqualified from the race; you will be asked to leave the course.
Only those confirmed participants wearing the running number bibs will be allowed on the route. Any person found wearing the incorrect bib or no bib will be disqualified and removed by the course security.
Further every runner must wear his/her running number bib on the front of the vest. Any mutilation fold alteration or damage to the bib will amount to disqualification of the runner from the event.
Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant from participating who is found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the medical personnel.
Baggage counters are available for all participants. It is strongly recommended that you do not leave valuables like mobile phone camera jewellery watch electronic gadgets etc. in the bag stored. Organizers are not responsible for any loss of baggage and/or its belongings
Participants are requested to cooperate with the police and security personnel deputed at the event venue and on route. Participants/supporters are liable to random checking on race day – this is for your own security.
Entry Cancellation: Requests for cancellation & transfer will not be accepted and thereby refund will not be entertained.
The right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this application form is at the sole discretion of the Event Organizing team and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances and the applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising hereunder.
Rules listed are subject to change as per the discretion of the Event Heads and the Organizing Committee.

By signing this Waiver and Release I declare that I am medically able properly trained physically fit and capable of participating in a race and that my medical care provider has approved my participation. I agree to independently consult my physician in the event of any injuries or medical questions arising from or related to my participation in the Amdavad Neon Night Fun Run. I also acknowledge full and sole responsibility for my own medical expenses and that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses on my behalf. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Amdavad Neon Night Fun Run. I agree to assume all risks and to release and hold harmless to the Amdavad Neon Night Fun Run Team. I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release is binding upon our heirs assigns and legal representatives. I hereby grant my consent and permission to Amdavad Neon Night Fun Run its Partner organizations and employees to use any and all information submitted in my application and/or my name photograph videotape motion picture recording voice or likeness for any purpose including pre-race and post-race publicity..
I/We have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand its contents. By signing this waiver I/ We have indicated that I/ We have read understood and agreed to the Waiver and Release Form.
I/We understand there may be moving traffic on the road during the time of race.
