About this Event
A novel of neighbors, mothers, and ghosts. A misty garden setting. A book event for spooky season.
Join us in a secret location of the gardens behind the Ivy bookshop to hear from Amber Sparks, author of HAPPY PEOPLE DON'T LIVE HERE, as she discusses this story of long-buried secrets, family--chosen or otherwise--and the sometimes dangerous myths we make to keep ours together.
Rachel Vorona Cote, who writes on the enduring legacies of Victorian constraints on contemporary women, will join Amber in conversation.
