The Venezuelan Canadian Association of Calgary invites you to Amanecer Gaitero: El Ferry Gaitero, a vibrant cultural concert celebrating one of Venezuela’s most beloved musical traditions: gaita.
Join us on November 7, 2026 at the Genesis Centre in Calgary for an evening filled with music, energy, tradition, and the warmth of our community.

Amanecer Gaitero is more than a concert. It is an opportunity for Venezuelans, Latin Americans, Canadians, and friends from every community to come together, celebrate Venezuelan heritage, and share our traditions with Calgary.
This year, the event also carries a special humanitarian purpose. Proceeds generated through ticket sales, after applicable event commitments and expenses, are intended to support initiatives assisting vulnerable children and families affected by the June 24, 2026 earthquakes in Venezuela, with particular attention to children facing difficult circumstances and those requiring rehabilitation, prosthetic devices, and related assistance.
