Amanda Kate Ferris recently won “New Female Vocalist of the Year” and was nominated for “Duo of the Year” (with Chad Cooke Band) at the 2024 Texas Regional Radio Music Awards. Her songs “Same Place Twice” with Chad Cooke Band and “Tequila and Jesus” hit No. 1 on Texas Country Radio in 2024 and her song “Pedal Steel” hit the Top 5 on the same chart. CMT also highlighted Ferris and “Pedal Steel” as a Next Up Now artist and video. “Tequila and Jesus” and “Pedal Steel” can be heard on her new album, Rope the Wind, out July 26.
Ferris has shared the stage with country music stars Tracy Lawrence, Josh Abbott Band, Priscilla Block and Warren Zeiders in addition to her own headline and festival dates. She has performed the national anthem on Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime and captivated the crowd with her powerful vocals and stadium-filled stage presence. She also recently performed at NFR for the second consecutive year where she shared new music with thousands of fellow rodeo fans.
