Amanda Bovo & Tropical Sounds

Amanda Bovo leads Amanda and Tropical Sounds, a vibrant new project that celebrates the richness and diversity of Brazilian music. While rooted in the smooth sophistication of bossa nova, the group also explores the joyful grooves of samba, the earthy rhythms of baião, and the powerful pulse of Afro-Brazilian music — bringing the heart of Brazil to the jazz stage.
