Amahl and the Night Visitors

Gian-Carlo Menotti's beautiful Christmas story tells of a crippled shepherd boy who entertained the Wise Men on their way to Bethlehem. The boy Amahl gives a simple gift to the Christ Child, and receives a miraculous gift in return.
