Welcome to Am I the A*hole? — the crowd-favorite comedy show where ridiculous real-life conflicts are put on trial and the audience decides the verdict.
Think Judge Judy meets stand-up comedy… except the cases are way pettier and the lawyers are comedians. 🎤
We take the kind of arguments that usually live in group chats, Reddit threads, or passive-aggressive texts… and turn them into a full-blown comedy courtroom.
We’re talking disputes like:
🎮 “I unplugged my boyfriend’s PlayStation mid-game because he wouldn’t help with the dishes.”
🚗 “My friend wants to charge me $50 to park in his driveway during Outside Lands.”
🐶 “My boyfriend wants to board his dog at my no-pets-allowed apartment and I said no.”
Reasonable boundary… or criminal levels of petty?
Before the show starts, you can submit your pettiest problems anonymously at the venue. Then our lineup of 3–4 of the Bay Area’s funniest comedians will argue both sides like chaotic courtroom lawyers.
Expect:
⚡ dramatic monologues
🙋 fake objections
🧠 questionable logic
🎭 comedians getting way too invested in strangers’ drama
Then the power shifts to you.
The audience is the jury. You decide who’s guilty of being THE A*SHOLE.
Hosted by Elisha Tan, a Singaporean comedian based in San Francisco known for her sharp, playful comedy about culture, identity, and navigating life in America. She has performed across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and Asia, including the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Punch Line San Francisco, and Cobb’s Comedy Club.
