A.M. Cunningham's School Council launch 'Speaker Series: Recurring workshops aimed at providing parents and caregivers informative and timely content. Presented in partnership with community thought leaders.
SESSION 4: HELPING YOUR CHILD WITH ORGANIZATION & FOCUS
Join us at A M Cunningham Elementary School for an engaging workshop on Understanding Anxiety in Children & Youth. This workshop is designed to teach participants practical strategies and skills that are focused on helping their child or youth develop essential tools that are needed to support them with tasks such as, time management, daily routines, habits, and overall daily life. Material is developed and presented by the Child and Youth Mental Health Program, at the Ron Joyce Children’s Health Centre as a part of McMaster Children’s Hospital.
