What to Expect:
In this four-dish cooking class, we will explore the bridge between fresh, seasonal produce and our sustainable alo farms greens and proteins, showcasing how to bring creativity and excitement to cooking all year round.
We will learn about how to source the best local produce available, as well as how to utilize cooking techniques to be creative in the kitchen in order to make healthy eating fun, diverse, and ultimately - sustainable.
