About this Event
It's a pretty versatile grape, you can make it any way you want! With that in mind, I want to get feedback from the trade on what works well or not, so that we can using that as the starting point for our project
Alex Brogan and Manuel Cerdeira have set up an exciting new venture to make an Alvarinho Portugal this summer (definitely not Albarino over there) with a twist on the usual method of winemaking. They will be involving their customers in every winemaking decision along the way, giving everyone who buys a case the opportunity to vote on how the wine is made; not just limited to winemaking, the people will also decide the label design, the logo and, of course, the company name!
