Alto Driver Hiring Event: May 6th and 7th

Are you Customer Service oriented and thoroughly enjoy driving? At Alto, our W2 employee drivers receive all the tools they need to provide a Safe, Consistent, and Elevated rideshare experience - including a comfortable, luxury-SUV, insurance, fuel, and world class training.

Join us for an exciting career fair with Alto! Meet face to face with members of our team and learn about what it means to be a driver with us. We are hiring for both AM and PM shifts, full time and part time hours, weekday and weekend availability. Enjoy refreshments as well and bring your friends! We want to hire as many people as possible!

What to Expect:

• Meet the team

• Have all of your questions answered

• Perform a quick driver assessment (driving one our vehicles in a closed cone course)

• Receive a job offer and get hired!

• Should take about 2 hours of your time

Our goal is to hire YOU on-site, so please bring with you:

As far as pay:

• Shifts are available with pay rates between $16.25/hr to $25/hr

• Standard pay raises given based off of number of trips completed

• Weekly pay with direct deposit

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be 25 years of age or older

• Must be authorized to work in the US

• Valid U.S. Driver's License (minimum of 3 years driving experience)

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and saliva drug screen

• Have a clean Drivers Record: No more than 2 moving violations/at fault accidents in the last 3 years

• No Drivers License suspensions within the past 3 years

• Must successfully pass the Driver Training Program to become a certified Alto Driver

• Fluent in English
