Have you ever considered becoming a teacher or educator? WJCC values the expertise of educators from various backgrounds and pathways who bring real-life experience to the classroom. If you have a bachelor’s degree, we can hire you as a teacher while you earn your teaching license!
Join us on March 20, 2025 at Berkeley Middle School (1118 Ironbound Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188) for an information session. You will learn about a flexible and convenient way to earn your teaching license while you work without going back to college.
This alternative pathway to teaching features:
- Low-cost tuition ($3,050) with interest-free monthly installments and eligibility for full tuition reimbursement through WJCC Schools
- Self-paced modules
- Access to Passage Preparation, an online resource to help you pass the Praxis and other required licensure exams
- One year of supervised field experience with a WJCC Schools mentor and iteach advisor
- Professional learning sessions lead by WJCC Schools educators
