Anam Cara warmly invites you to join us for a nourishing and restorative 5-day retreat over the festive season. This winter gathering will appeal to those who are called to share a quiet and introspective ‘Alternative Christmas. Together, we will embrace simplicity and restoration through the practice of present moment awareness, nature walks, creative writing, journaling and lots more…
We will also co-create an opportunity for seasonal reflection and renewal sharing food, fire and stories to warm the soul.

Winter is a potent time of deep reflection, when we can more easily assimilate our previous years’ experience, and create an incubation chamber for the coming year, allowing space for our own personal seeds, plans and ideas to germinate. Space for solitary reflection will also be available to those who feel the call to be silent and turn inward.
Please bring a journal, and a favourite recipe or home baked treat to share.
We also invite you to bring an item/object that is dear to you – which will be offered up during the ‘Giveaway Ceremony’.
If inspired, please feel free to bring an instrument, song, poem, or story to share around an evening fire.
