Please join Prestamos CDFI, Central States Development Partners, Five Points Community Capital, Texas CDC, and the Texas Mezzanine Fund for this highly interactive and informative roundtable focused on capital access for economic development projects and small businesses.

This Roundtable will provide information on programs such as New Markets Tax Credits, Opportunity Zone 2.0, SBA 504 Loans and small business lending products and how these resources can be used to support resiliency and growth in the disadvantaged communities of Texas. We also look forward to engaging with participants to gain an understanding of community and business needs.
