Transform an old book into a unique work of art! Taking an unwanted book and upcycling it into a work of art is a beautiful way to honor a book; the book is our canvas. In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn how to re-purpose pages, add texture, color and meaning, creating a one-of-a-kind altered book that reflects your personal story and creativity. Many find altered books a less intimidating approach to art, through upcycling and repurposing.
No experience needed – just bring your imagination! All art materials are provided. Feel free to bring a special book if you have one you want to use.
