Altea W6 Family Fit (6 - 10 years old)

Come join us for a fun filled hour class catered to you and your little one(s).

This class will include a variety of exercises and activities that will challenge the body in a creative way.

The group will be guided through cardio, yoga, and strength exercises, while being educated on the importance each one has on our overall fitness. This family friendly workout is a great way to teach kids about the benefits of regular movement and physical activity, in a playful environment. Get ready to meet new friends and work up a sweat as you explore different kinds of exercise.
