What better way to start the New Year than to all in fresh energy and connect with your hidden potential!

As we end this year and get a fresh start to 2023 we’ll spend the afternoon embarking on a journey into the subconscious to bring our shadows to light and learn to play with them through our creativity and imagination.

Everyone talks a lot about the Shadow, but have you heard of the Golden Shadow?

These are the qualities and characteristics that we’ve pushed into hiding in an effort to seek love and approval before we were consciously aware of the creative power and potential that these disowned parts hold.

Dimming your light in this way may have caused you to experience certain challenges, addictions, failures or mysterious illnesses - and becoming aware of your inner dynamics will assist you in using your hidden strengths to transform your life.

It’s the light in the darkness, the gift in the shadow that is everyone’s birthright to claim and cultivate on their healing journey.

Yet we have an incredible tool easily available to us: our imagination.

The subconscious mind does not know the difference between imagination and reality, which is why dreams or past stories can feel so real when we are triggered. In this workshop, we will be using the healing power of our imagination to create our Altar Ego, or our superhero(ine) that will act as a guide and companion for you as you step into your potential in 2023.

We will:

* Use writing, meditation and imagination as tools to access the wisdom of your subconscious.

* Invent your Altar Ego; A super-charged archetype that paints a rich picture of your internal landscape and a beacon to magnetize fresh energies into your life. This is especially fun to play with as you go into your evening NYE celebrations!

* Practice playing with your Shadow instead of being blocked by it to experience more joy in your journey.

About Katelyn Colia

Katelyn’s life’s work is to learn how to uncover, release stuck life force energy & access true soul expression. She believes the shadow is equal to the light & that discovering how to play well with one’s psyche is the greatest work that can be done. She does this by guiding her clients into their bodies to rewrite limiting beliefs & stories at a cellular level through somatic awareness, energy work and embodied spirituality. She believes that each person has a vast amount of power & potential and when given the right tools & support, the process of uncovering who they are can be immensely freeing, joyful & pleasurable.

Katelyn is certified in Transformational Coaching, Somatic Embodiment and Self-Regulation Strategies and has studied with Master Movement Director Rev. Anandha Ray to offer the medicine of movement that supports the integration of body & mind. She is a legally ordained Reverend in the Temple of Isis, an inter-faith Temple dedicated to the Divine Mother. She has also extensively studied a wide range of spiritual philosophies, depth psychology, energy work, emotional release, dance, and ritual art.
