In the early 1990s, this historic landmark underwent a major renovation and became what many people know the building as, The Bay. The building went on to house several different dance clubs over the next 20 plus years.

Now, Caffé Molise is a full service restaurant featuring fresh Italian cuisine with a focus on regional specialties and local ingredients. Enjoy dinner in our inviting dining room or choose a table on our delightful garden patio.

Caffé Molise is conveniently located downtown at 404 S West Temple, 2 blocks South of the Salt Palace Convention Center. They're a liquor licensee and offer wine, beer, and cocktails.
