ALSO Youth Brunch Benefit at Hanami Sushi & Hibachi

ALSO Youth is one of the few LGBTQ+ youth centers in the state of Florida. For more than three decades, ALSO has provided services such as free mental health counseling, college scholarships, fun weekly programs, summer camps, and an annual prom to youth in both Sarasota and Manatee County.

2025 was a year of rebuilding! With your support, we reopened in Sarasota this fall. Our new space is already filled with safety, laughter, and belonging. We also grew our mental health counseling program, providing more than 900 free sessions to youth and families. None of this happens without donors and partners like you. In a year when the need felt heavier than ever, you showed us what “community” really means.

When our community's need grows, ALSO Youth is there to offer a helping hand. Along with our growth comes a larger need for support. We hope you will join us for a fantastic event celebrating our local LGBTQ+ youth!
